Use:

-Methacrylonitrile can also be used in the preparation of organic synthesis and coatings.

Method:
-methacrylonitrile is generally prepared by the dehydration reaction of acrylonitrile and methanol. The reaction usually requires the presence of a catalyst, such as aluminum sand.
